Hanno city is located in the Tokyo metropolitan area but has beautiful and rich nature of Okumusashi. In the fall of 2020, a fermentation theme park 「OH!! ! ~ Fermentation, Health, Food magic!!」 was born at the foot of "MT.Tenran" which is also the symbol of this town.
Fermented food condensed with the wisdom of our ancestors is "magic". Microbes produce a rich aroma and umami. It is also attracting attention for its ability to increase nutritional value, help digestion, and improve the intestinal environment.
